La Criminalité financière en Côte d'Ivoire: le Président de la CENTIF-CI invité au Forum de Crans Montana
Le Forum de Crans Montana qui fut fondé il y a une trentaine d'années par l'Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron est un cadre de partage d'expériences qui regroupe des membres de gouvernements, d'organisations régionales et internationales, d'administrations spécialisées et d'entreprises du monde entier.
Depuis le mardi 15 octobre, le Président de la Cellule nationale de traitement des informations financières en Côte d'Ivoire (Centif-CI), Adama Coulibaly, prend part à la 15e session extraordinaire du Forum de Crans Montana et au sommet sur le crime transnational en Belgique.
Ce forum qui est un cadre de partage d'expériences, regroupe des membres de gouvernements, d'organisations régionales et internationales, d'administrations spécialisées et d'entreprises du monde entier.
Ils échangeront sur les nouveaux défis à relever en matière de sécurité mondiale et de gouvernance. Le thème retenu cette année est: « La sécurité nationale et mondiale, et bonne gestion des affaires publiques ».
Du fait de ses actions en faveur de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme, la Centif-CI a été sollicitée par le Forum de Crans Montana, une organisation qui a pour objectif d'instaurer la stabilité, la croissance globale et la sécurité dans les pays du monde.
Lors de la 14e session extraordinaire, l'ambassadeur Jean-Paul Carteron, Fondateur et Président Exécutif dudit forum, avait félicité Adama Coulibaly pour ses efforts à faire de sa structure une « cellule de renseignements financiers forte au service de la gouvernance ». Ce qui lui a valu la médaille d'Or du Crans Montana Forum.
Il faut rappeler que cette 15e session prendra fin le 19 octobre prochain.

October 4, 2013 : Mrs. Irina Bokova is re-elected for four years as Director General of UNESCO.
On October 4, 2013 the Executive Council of UNESCO decided with an impressive majority (39/58) to propose Mrs. Irina Bokova as Director General of UNESCO for a new mandate of four years to the UNESCO General Conference.
On November 12, 2013 the General Conference confirmed Mrs. Irina Bokova as Director General of UNESCO with a 92% majority of voters ! That is unique in the history of UNESCO !
Competence, dedication, impartiality and honesty are, among a lot of others, the most visible qualities of this brilliant Lady, the first woman ever elected to lead this important UN Organization.
