Le Forum de Crans Montana est flatté du fait que M. De Villepin ait accepté son invitation à venir prendre la parole à l'occasion de deux de ses évènements ainsi que le relate l'hebdomadaire L'Express du 27 mai 2015.
Le Forum tient cependant à préciser, après lecture de l'article et afin d'éviter toute confusion, qu'il n'a versé et ne verse aucun honoraire d'intervention à M. de Villepin, politique qui est d'ailleurs la sienne, sans AUCUNE exception depuis plus de trente années.
We are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Crans Montana Forum and the 25th anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall !
The Forum's annual session was founded to be the interactive platform allowing the new Democracies to bridge with the Western World.
Today, the classic East-West relationship, which was so important in the 90’s, has outrun its concept: Now the agenda is the creation of a new group, fit for the new democracies which were created at the downfall of communism. A new World power has appeared on the economic stage, and will soon exist on the political stage!
Indeed, it is here that we find the alternative potential for world development. It is here that the hope which has been notably lacking following the recent economic and financial crises, can be reborn.
The Crans Montana Forum on Central and Eastern Europe is therefore a new organisation, entirely dedicated to the issues and integration of Central and Eastern European countries, right up to the extreme East of ‘the big Europe’ which has grown unrelentingly over the years.
The aim is to (1) work on the creation and reinforcement of the political and economic links within the region itself and (2) to facilitate and stimulate the exposure of each country towards counterparts and partners from around the world.
The countries invited to join this initiative will be those from Central European, from Tallinn to Turkey, passing through South Eastern Europe, to the CIS Member States, and through the Caucasus, up to the boundaries of China.
This is a huge group which represents a decisive economic World force, and whose characteristics, questions and integration difficulties, deserve both specialized attention, and the creation of this new organization.
It is at the heart of this enormous Central and Eastern European region that the business and investment potential is today one of the most important.
This new Forum will mobilize Economic players and offer this interactive platform allowing them to implement their strategies and reach their goals.
The Crans Montana Forum on Central and Eastern Europe will be organised around a major annual event which will take place for the first few years in either Berlin or Vienna. Specialized sessions, on regional and national topics will be additionally organized.
The goal will be two-fold :
1
To work on the consolidation of the relationships between the constituent countries in order to improve their political and economic cooperation
2
To inform and raise awareness of the key players among Governments and Business from the rest of the World towards the gigantic potential which this immense region represents.

C'est au cours d'une imposante cérémonie organisée dans la Salle Empire de l'Hôtel de Paris à Monte-Carlo que M. André Azoulay, Conseiller historique de SM le Roi Hassan II puis de SM le Roi Mohammed VI, sur la proposition de l'Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron, Président du Monaco Ambassadors Club, reçut des mains de SAS le Prince Albert de Monaco le premier diplôme d'Ambassadeur de Bonne Volonté de la Principauté.

La nomination d'Ambassadeurs de Bonne Volonté choisis parmi de hautes personnalités internationales actives à l'extérieur de la principauté a été évaluée par le Président du Monaco Ambassadors Club comme un excellent moyen de mieux faire rayonner l'image de Monaco.
SAS le Prince Albert de Monaco remet de Diplôme à M. André Azoulay en présence de l'Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron et du Ministre d’État de la Principauté, M. Patrick Leclerc qui était naturellement présent.

On the occasion of the 26th annual session of the Crans Montana Forum to take place in Brussels on June 12, 2015, the President of the Forum, Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron will present Mr. Boris Tadic former President of the Republic of Serbia with the Prix de la Fondation.
Boris Tadic was one of the closest friends to the late Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, a key opponent to Milosevic.
Boris Tadic is among the fathers of Democracy in Serbia and the Balkans.
Zoran Djindjic, l'un des principaux opposants à la dictature de Milosevic a été mon ami. C'était un homme direct et ouvert qui respirait la liberté et la transparence. Pendant les années où il était Maire de Belgrade et leader de l'opposition, j'ai réussi à le faire venir quelques fois à Crans-Montana pour participer au Forum.
Une année, il fallut affréter un petit bimoteur qui se posa la nuit sur une route de la banlieue de Belgrade pour l'exfiltrer alors qu'il lui était interdit de voyager à l'étranger.
Sur la photo ci-dessus, il sort juste de l'avion et entre dans le hall du Forum, le Régent, à Crans -Montana.
Le monde était passionné par cet homme et les questions fusaient de la salle des heures entières.
Quelque temps après avoir mis Milosevic dans l'avion pour La Haye, ce qu'il avait toujours promis de faire, le Premier Ministre qu'il était devenu fut horriblement et lâchement assassiné par la mafia serbe alors qu'il sortait de son bureau.
Il fait partie des hommes que l'on n'oublie jamais...
